•     All rates are per night/2 adults
 •     A   6.75% sales tax is charged to all reservations
 •    Additional adults  $10.00  person/night
(Full Payment by cash or check preferred/
listed prices reflect a 3% cash or check discount)
 •     Children aged 17 and under no additional charge
 •     Two night minimum for all weekends and holidays
 •     Discounts for reservations of 7 or more consecutive nights
 •     Last minute, one night weekend reservations may be accepted
•     Check-In 3:00pm  -  Check-Out 11:00am
 •     Off season rates available Sunday-Thursday nights
      (in January and February excluding New Years and Valentine's Day)
 •    No Pets  -  No smoking inside

  WINTER  WEATHER /POWER INTURRUPTION POLICY
IN THE EVENT OF LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS  or  EARLY DEPARTURES due to
SEVERE WINTER WEATHER /TRAVEL ADVISORIES and/or POWER OUTAGES,
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 50%
OF  THE CANCELLED PORTION OF YOUR RESERVATON
(in other words, we'll split it with you...)
