  • Check In:  Anytime  After  3:00 pm
  • Check Out: Anytime Before 11:00 am
  • Minimum age of reservation holder:  21 years 
  • Fishing is allowed in our farm pond. No Swimming.  All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at our farm pond at all times.
  • Our Cabins are Smoke Free Inside. You are welcome to smoke outside at the tub/ patio/deck/screen porch.
  • We Are Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays

Payment Policy

50% charged at booking. Balance charged two weeks before arrival date. Bookings within two weeks of arrival will be charged the reservation total at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

 Reservations of 2 – 4 Nights: 

Cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival date for a deposit refund.

Within 2 weeks of arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. For cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival date – If we are able to rebook the dates, you will receive a refund for the day/days we rebook. Rebooking refunds may be subject to discounted pricing. All cancellations charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Reservations of 5+ Nights or Multiple Cabins 

Cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival date for a deposit refund.

Within 4 weeks of arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. For cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date – If we are able to rebook the dates, you will receive a refund for the day/days we rebook.  Rebooking refunds may be subject to discounted pricing. All cancellations charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Severe Weather / Power or Water Interruption/Unforeseen Circumstances

Within 2 weeks of arrival (4 weeks for reservations of 5 or more nights), we do not offer refunds or rescheduling options for any reason; including severe weather, power/water interruption or any unforeseen circumstances that may keep you from staying on your reserved dates, arriving late or departing early. 

Pet Policy

We allow our guests to bring along one dog for a cabin stay.  Let us know on your reservation that you will bring your dog.  We have dogs, a cat and chickens.  Please, always keep your dog on a leash while walking around the farm.
