  • 2 Night Minimum
  • Often a single night is left open by other bookings, if you see a single night availability on our calendar, book it!
  • Save $10/Night for Stays of 5+ Nights

CLEANING FEE / SALES TAX

  • Cleaning Fee: $85 per Reservation  
  • Save $35 On Your Cleaning Fee ! – Bring Your Own Towels and Queen Sheets and Save $35 (tick the box at checkout)
  • Sales Tax: 7% per Reservation

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Rates are the Same for All Cabins/ 1 – 4 Guests
  • 50% Charged at Booking/See Cancellation Policy Below
  • Check In:  Anytime  After  3:00 pm
  • Check Out: Anytime Before 11:00 am
  • Minimum age of reservation holder:  21 years
  • Fishing is allowed in our farm pond. No Swimming.  All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at our farm pond at all times.
  • Our Cabins are Smoke Free Inside. You are welcome to smoke outside at the tub/ patio/deck/screen porch.
  • We Are Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays
